PRIVATE GROWTH INTELLIGENCE NOVEMBER 2026

Prepared exclusively for HoneyBadger Charging

More charging points.
More reasons
to choose you.

HoneyBadger has already built something tangible across British Columbia. The next opportunity is to make its digital presence as dependable and discoverable as the charging experience itself.

01 / The strategic view

An established network.
An unfinished digital story.

Charging infrastructure is already visible in real properties. Our assessment asks whether a property manager, strata council or everyday driver encounters the same level of clarity online.

01

THE CENTRAL OBSERVATION

The company has convincing physical proof. That proof needs to work harder in search, content and conversion.

A stronger digital journey does not begin with more posts. It begins with clearer decisions for the people HoneyBadger serves.

02 / Who we are speaking to

One brand.
Two very different decisions.

HoneyBadger speaks to the person approving EV infrastructure and the person who simply needs to charge. Their questions, keywords and conversion journeys should not compete.

STRATA · DEVELOPERS · PROPERTY MANAGERS

“Will this actually work for our building?”

The decision is about complexity, approvals, resident expectations and operational confidence. A strong page must answer the questions before the first phone call.

Why this matters in British Columbia

Strata electrical planning requirements and growing resident demand create an important education moment. This is an opportunity to help boards make informed decisions, not to manufacture urgency.

03 / Social content intelligence

Presence is there.
Purpose needs to sharpen.

HoneyBadger has a recognisable visual identity across four social profiles and a growing video library. Each channel needs a distinct job, rather than one announcement being copied into every format.

04 / YouTube channel and search intelligence

The channel is real.
The momentum is waiting.

A library of real EV stories already exists. The opportunity is to make the next videos easier to discover, clearer to navigate and more useful to the people choosing HoneyBadger.

THE MOST USEFUL DISCOVERY

Big EV stories attract attention.
Real installations create intent.

Industry commentary is bringing the larger view counts. HoneyBadger's own charging demonstrations and property installations deserve a stronger role in the story, particularly for local drivers and property teams.

CHANNEL SETUP AND SEARCH OPTIMISATION

Build a channel that helps people find the right answer.

Only public elements with enough evidence receive a factual assessment. Descriptions, tag coverage, links, playlist structure and private audience retention need further inspection before they can be graded.

06 / Creative opportunity

Make the work

These are editorial directions, not generic templates. Each idea speaks to a real HoneyBadger audience and opens a natural route to a charger, a building conversation or a site visit.

08 / SEO and technical intelligence

A healthy website
can still be invisible.

Two independent SEO datasets use different crawl systems and backlink indexes. We preserve each observation rather than combining incompatible numbers.

Why the numbers are different. The two independent evaluations use separate indexes, crawl scope, dates and estimation models. Neither dataset is equivalent to website analytics. Actual sessions, organic clicks and indexed coverage should be confirmed in GA4 and Google Search Console.

PAGE EXPERIENCE LAB

Mobile friction is the priority.

Lab diagnostics found a long path to interactivity on mobile devices, even with a more encouraging paint time. The best route is to test the critical path before changing code.

19 PAGE TECHNICAL CRAWL

Every critical content flag, with a clearer next step.

These pages were flagged by the automated audit for limited visible words. Not all utility or job pages need long prose; prioritise content that materially helps users and search engines.

Indexing and architecture

Validate canonical paths, robots controls, structured data and sitemap coverage in Search Console. Preserve useful routes during any URL changes.

⌁

Mobile execution

Review the redirect path, script loading order and approximately 1,177 KB of unused JavaScript flagged by the lab run.

◎

Useful page depth

Improve property stories with photos, installation context, service details and the next action rather than filling pages with generic copy.

09 / Link quality and trust

Authority is earned.
It also needs protecting.

The backlink reference index reports a large link growth spike and a network it labels suspicious. That is a reason to investigate quality, not evidence by itself of a penalty or wrongdoing.

The right response

  1. Investigate when links appeared and where they point.
  2. Review anchor patterns and referring page relevance.
  3. Confirm actual Search Console status.
  4. Earn links through credible property stories and industry partnerships.
10 / Our growth approach

From separate activity
to a connected system.

The opportunity is not to replace HoneyBadger's story. It is to make the story consistent in meaning and more useful in the moments that lead to a property inquiry or a charging session.

    Methodology and reference notes +

This presentation draws first on the client's 3 November 2026 audit screenshots, then on connected Ubersuggest, SocialInsider and vidIQ results, supplemented by official HoneyBadger pages and public listings. Vendor estimates are not actual analytics values. The accessible SocialInsider API history was limited to approximately 14 days and cannot certify the entire 90 day post archive.

YouTube methodology: the channel snapshot includes 18 subscribers, 11 uploads and 6,642 lifetime views. The available vidIQ growth report found zero videos during the 90 day period ending 04 November 2026, plus 59 recorded views and a change of minus one subscriber. The 11 video review cards use public lifetime counts that can refresh independently from the channel total. The last identified Short was published 03 July 2026. Private YouTube Studio analytics, retention, thumbnail click rate, full video descriptions and tags were unavailable. The connected vidIQ account exhausted its available credits before detailed keyword and metadata checks, so search phrases in this presentation are proposed research candidates only, not claimed search volumes or ranks.

SEO provider differences: supplied snapshot indicated site health 96%, 14 crawled pages, 741 estimated organic visits, 14 keywords, 23 authority and 6.3K referring domains. The second index reported health 71, 19 crawled pages, 33 estimated monthly Canada organic visits, 5 provider indexed keywords, domain authority 7, 129 referring domains and 295 backlinks. Each tool uses a different index and measurement method. Google Maps and search links open live services; displayed search example is explicitly illustrative.
